Exercise and physiotherapy after vertebral fracture: A practical guide

The session will review the current National and International guidelines for exercise after vertebral fracture and summarise the evidence that supports these. It will give practical examples of exercise programmes and how these may be tailoried to individual patients. Finally, it will present strategies for maximising exercise adherence, drawing on the presenters own research into physiotherapy and vertebral fragility fracture.
