How do I stop denosumabī

Unlike bisphosphonates, denosumab should not be discontinued without a planned sequential treatment strategy because of the rebound increased bone resorption and an increased risk of multiple vertebral fractures. Current evidence and optimal strategies to minimise rebound-associated fracture risk will be discussed.
